We recently completed the construction of six luxury penthouse apartments overlooking Regent’s Canal. This complex residential project involved the removal of the existing roof on an occupied block of flats and the installation of a new steel frame to support the additional dwellings. Despite the logistical challenges, the build was completed to the highest standard with premium finishes—delivered seamlessly while residents continued to live below.
