  • Payments are required as per the contract schedule and are used to secure materials, labor, and project planning.

3. Service Cancellations

  • If a project is canceled by the client before work has commenced, a partial refund may be issued at the discretion of Hathor Construction Ltd, deducting any administrative and preparatory costs incurred.

  • If cancellation occurs after work has begun, no refund will be provided.

4. Unsatisfactory Work & Disputes

  • If you are dissatisfied with our service, please contact us immediately to discuss the issue.

  • We will assess any claims and, where applicable, provide remedies such as repairs or service adjustments rather than refunds.

5. Material & Third-Party Costs

  • Costs incurred for materials and third-party services (such as subcontractors or permits) are non-refundable once purchased or committed.

6. Exceptions

Refunds may be issued under exceptional circumstances, such as:

  • Failure to start the project within a reasonable time frame without valid reason.

  • Breach of contract by Hathor Construction Ltd.
